Student Profile: Chris Spearman
My main background is in experimental music and sound art, and after completing my degree in music technology and innovation from DMU (2008), I have continued to pursue practice within this area. As well as working with small record labels and net labels, I have had work feature on radio shows and pod-casts, performed live (including playing alongside a live art performance in a collaborative project) and composed for video.
I am also currently working on a collaborative sound/art installation, a field I wish to explore further within my masters course. I also have experience working for a leading London post-production company in the year between graduating from my degree and starting my Masters.
