BM: A little while ago we were talking with Heath, there's that one exhibit with train track and flashing light that needs two people in order to do it. I think Heath or it could have been Darren was saying that they thought the exhibit had been a big failure because people wouldn't cooperate to do it and they refused to do more of them.
HF: I think - what that they would refuse to do more cooperative exhibits because that one failed? I think that one failed because it's - you don't know what you're supposed to be doing. It's impossible to work. When you approach it you don't know what you're meant to do. it's not immediately obvious and I don't think that's got a gender difference what so ever I think it's just generally - ºyeahº - it's a bad interface.
