BM: I have another question as well. You mentioned that Techniquest is based in a very mixed area. I know you've only been here a short while but are you aware of Techniquest ever doing shows or exhibits that might appeal specifically to people from a different ethnic grouping?

HF: They haven't tried - as far as I know again this is, you know, I don't know a great deal about it. As far as I know they (won't) try to do it with regard to shows and the programmes that - is on offer or. But - for a while everyone who was in, who lived in the local area could get in free to Techniquest to try - and bring in the local residents and they still didn't come in. So there's obviously something fundamental about - Techniquest - that puts people off. And I - don't know if it's sort of self-perpetuating in the sense that - no members of - everyone who works here is - white - pretty much -you know, and everyone who runs it is, you know it, it's sort of self-perpetuating, you know. Um - you know, I don't know, I don't know what it is. I don't know what to do but certainly something that I would like to work on, you know, now that I'm sort of getting my feet under the table so.
