ER but it's moved me right on to something else I was [going to talk about]=

CW [oh good]

ER =which is that sort of relationship between the learning which gets done in Techniquest and the schools-based learning. Do you want to expand on that?

CW Yeah, I mean, I think, basically the, what happens is we send out - if there's any trail cards that sort of thing, they get sent out to schools beforehand. So, for example, I mean some teachers, particularly, if you've got a little group that aren't very good readers, I mean they'd be the group to read it through beforehand so they know what's on there. And, if they were, quite a young class, you know maybe you read them through with the whole class so that they are familiar with what they've got to do. And we would also send out a bit about the show and, on some of the themes, anyway. What we want to do - one of our main aims for next year is to actually develop more, pre and post visit material. At the, the current situation is there's probably, maybe 2 or 3 themes where there's a, like a pack of stuff that goes out afterwards. The Materials Madness the one that's running this week, teachers get sent a sort of worksheet and some of the, the vocabulary from the show, gets sent out, that sort of thing. But what we want to do is to develop more of a - so they get a list of, either a list of what goes on in the show or - some of the, background information whatever, but try and develop that more so that it is easier for teachers to follow up. I mean I think for teachers at the moment, say if I was doing, Materials in school and I came to the Materials theme then what I would look at doing is look at the - trail card's got 5 exhibits on it. I'd look at what those are actually showing the children and then when we go back to school I'd know that all the children had looked at those 5 things and they can, then those would be, that would be what I would discuss with them, really. And maybe pull out some of the things from the show.
