So the presenters do have a certain amount of ownership about the show, and their way of presenting that show, however I - that's not a complete free for all. If I found that a presenter was doing a show called Mars and they were actually talking about how to find extraterrestrial life in the second half of the show, you know I wouldn't be best pleased. And I'd ask them to revise their ideas of what the show was about. But on the other hand, I - I don't expect it to be absolutely set in stone. I think that a - their ownership of the show is is also quite important to, to keep their enthusiasm. If you're, if you're a planetarium presenter and you're in there over the summer holidays for example which Mars is going to be - if they're working 5 days a week some of them will even be working 6 days a week because there'll be students trying to get as much money as possible before they go back to school back to uni. If they find themselves in there 3 days or 4 days a week, all summer holidays do 4 shows a day - if they don't feel that they can, change it around a bit and have ownership over it they will get bored very quickly. So - and that shows then for the audience when the audience are watching it, and listening to it. They will say "Presenter's not necessarily 100% - enthused by what they, what they talk about." And the best way to get children, and adults enthused is by having enthusiasm (of you own). It's it's possible to get kids enthused enthusiastic by the most - incredible, things just by having enthusiasm for it yourself.
