SB: You didn't know we had presenter evaluation?

BS: No no.

SB: Right. We do. For example, this weekend, I was manager on duty, so I went into a Planetarium show and a Science Theatre show with an evaluation form and just ticked off the boxes as the presenter was evaluating and, gave that over to public programmes. We - um we haven't done it very much this year for schools. We've backed off a little bit and I don't know why we ((laughs)). I think it might be time wise it's been difficult. I think it's something we - if a presenter is new we always do it. If it's a brand new presenter. but if it's someone who's been presenting for a while - we don't. We - sometimes they video themselves as well and take the video home and they can fill it out for themselves. I will, I will show you those they're really - really useful. In fact public programmes have got - are more on the ball with it than we are. ((laughs)). It would be better to look at theirs because we'll probably be using theirs. They've made a better - evaluation sheet. But but - so that sort of - that's the way it works really because, by looking at that sheet, you can see what - what is it not the done thing, you know. So it's things like um being friendly, towards the audience - being positive about wrong answers is one of the things. It's an unwritten rule but we just make sure that people know are aware of it. We did have one example - a very long time ago it's a really bad example and the guy and he had a - a Claireolic school came in and he was talking about the spectrum - of light and he asked the children the question, I don't know if this is the exact question but he said "How do we get rainbows?" or it might have been "Where do rainbows come from?" But I, I'm not sure about that, anyway. One child put their hand up and they said "God." And he was so dumbfounded he didn't know what to say he said "God. God." And he was like really - he just wasn't ready for the answer. And - he didn't handle it very well ((laughing throughout this)). This, this was a very long time ago. But that's been sort of - the classic example we all know who it was and he's left now. We say, you know "we don't want anyone to do a" and we mention the name of the person. Um we all remember that. So that's sort of been given as a bad example. You know. Handling the answers in a nice - in a nice way. I think it's just having the sort of professionalism to sort of - show Techniquest at its best. That's what I'm talking about more, more, you know. We're very lucky. We've got such great people that, they do, they put on a very good - But that that's what people see they might be the only Techniquest person that they ever come across and they'll say "Oh, that was Peter from Techniquest. Oh, he's great." You know. So that's important, that's very important. I don't know if that's answered your question Bruce.

BM: That sounds fine to me.
