BS: Is there anything that's particularly important? What would you say is the most important aspect of what you do?
AS: The most important aspect of what I do is - making sure that the 17 people in my team are able to do their jobs in a way that's - creative, innovative - basically that they enjoy what they're doing and they're driven by what they're doing so that - we continue to be successful. I think - I think - I think Techniquest - Techniquest is very successful and I think that education is a large part of that. And - one of the reasons is - certainly in all the time I've worked here I've been aware that it's a very allowing atmosphere. So, you know, I always felt that if I wanted to do something to - give it a go. And if it worked, great. And if it didn't, you know, we could always sort of try other things and that's sounds - there's no strategy or structure which isn't the case at all but I do think that the most important part of my job is making sure that people feel - you know they feel creative - and what they do they feel is worthwhile. And that's always been I think probably the most important part. For me.
