AS: Well if you mix corn flour and water to the right consistency which means that it - will flow if you tip it in - tip it up in the container it's in. But it's not runny. If you then, if you strike it hard then it behaves like a solid. And if you work - slowly with it, so if you put your hands through it slowly or you ( ) it slowly then it behaves like a liquid. And so what we do is we get people to punch the bowl containing the slime. So punch the slime and the hand comes out and it's clean. Then we ask them to do it in slow motion and of course the hand comes out and it's dripping with this horrible corn flour and water thing. And that works - really well every time. You know just a really - it's actually quite a - I think it's a difficult thing to explain you know, stir thickening liquids. Because I think it's really - really strongly based in chemistry and so - but as I said the fact it's - really easy do and people can do it themselves at home. And it - and the other thing that's nice about it is that people can go away and do it and sort of show off to their friends and their family and say "By the way this is my new trick" or whatever. So that's always nice as well. But it's quite a difficult concept but it's something that you can show really easily and then people can do themselves. So that's my public programmes favourite. And it's also a - it's also a favourite of our visitors who come - at holidays and the weekends.
