Bert reads the rota for the day. Claire walks out. Jitenda, a new helper enters. Bert says that it is a quiet day. Helpers sign in blue book.

Bert writes down Jitenda's name, and assigns a helper to look after him. Bert continues to write in blue file, and then hands it to Jitenda. The helpers pass the file around.

Helpers make small talk. Camera zooms in on trail cards on the table. The signing in book is still being passed around. Bert and Iris talk the about rota. Jean and Bert talk about "utilizing" Jo H.
