Fieldnotes

- arrive at TQ at 10 am. There's a new sign hanging outside highlighting the "special events". I make a mental note to take a picture as I don't have time to do so now.

- There are some temporary barriers for queuing at the ticket desk. I assume they're there because it's the Easter Holidays. It's not very busy. I tell Quentin that I'm observing the "it's electric" meeting and he says I should go straight to the meeting room.

- The "it's electric" team have not arrived yet. Other people are in the meeting room. A woman who sits near the door (I think she's the booking clerk) rings Dawn to confirm that the conference room is booked
