BS: In relation to that we have an interest in how knowledge is shared between different departments. Do you have any ideas about how.
HF: I think it - it's an interesting question because it is difficult to get information to all the right people. However, because Techniquest has been going for a good length of time - you can say to someone, "I'm working on this" or "I'm thinking of doing" something "who would need to know about it?" And you'll be able to get just about everybody. You know you can sort of say, oh well, ( ) "sort of exhibit based - where it's needed - Heath or Darren needs to be involved - probably finance might need to be involved", you know "you'll need to ask the workshop because you'll be building something and marketing definitely need to know" you know. And so you can, you can come up with that list of who needs to know so that you can invite the right people to the right meeting and send out the minutes to the right people. By way of comparison, when I was working at Bristol, it's only been open for two and a half years? When you work on something you think "who do I need to invite to this?" And there's no one who's got a good understanding of who needs to be involved with every single thing. So people get left out of the loop quite - quite dramatically at @Bristol. So, for all that it's, for all that there's no formal - routine I think we tend to get by, here, you know. So it's, you know.
