BS: I'm going to begin by talking about your interaction with visitors. Do you meet children off the bus?
JC: Yes. ((laughing)) I do most things really.
BS: Can you describe the typical mood of the group when you meet them on the bus?
JC: They're usually as high as kites. They go- they're going somewhere either that they know, and like, or somewhere that they've never been before, which is exciting. So you've almost always got a really excited, really keen group and they don't really want you to talk to them at all they just want to get off the bus and be there. So they're really really enthusiastic. Again the ones that sometimes aren't are secondary, sort of year 9 age group that - see it as bit babyish. It's certainly not cool to look as if you're enthusiastic.
