BS: What about frustration?

JC: Puzzles. ((laughs)) Anything that doesn't do what it doesn't what- doesn't look like it should. Circulating Circuits drives people up the wall. And part of that is, part of that's because it's not immediately obvious part of it's because the labelling's not immediately obvious - that you need 2 people, that it's no good just - pressing the red on one side you have to press all 4. And because that's not immediately obvious that really gets on people's nerves. And the other one I would say that does it is Chromatography because the instructions are not clear at all and they just people just don't know how to use it. It's probably one that you could station a helper at all day and they would just keep busy, constantly at it and taking people through it.Yeah, there are - that's the specifics but on the whole it's anything that they can't see an immediate - they can't see what to do immediately or they don't get an immediate reaction.
