BS: More so than the shows?
JC: The show- that sort of depends on the groups as well. Probably most helpers are closer to Public Programmes team because the majority of them worked as helpers. In fairness there's not many helpers now that will remember them but they've still kept that closer link. They're also based more or less on the floor so they're very - I'm in the supervisor's office you tend to know them - and chat to them. Whereas it's more difficult to talk to the education teams. - They do ask, I mean everybody asks you to give feedback at the end of each show. Sometimes it's acted on sometimes it's not. The exhibits - theoretically we have evaluation forms in the staff room which we can fill in about whether we think it's good whether we think it's bad. Whether it just needs a bit of overhaul. In practice I don't know many people who fill them in and if people do they don't actually know who to give them to. And when they've been given - I assume they get filed I have no idea what happens ((laughs)) once they get handed over. So - that that sort of - I don't actually know many people who would bother giving that sort of feedback unless it's a very very new exhibit because there doesn't seem to be any point.
