BS: I want to pick up on something you were saying and also something I've noticed when I've been coming to meetings. You often talk about trying to produce shows that are meaningful or that have an aspect of everyday. Could you just say a little bit more about why [that's important.]
SB: [Bringing it to] well - that's, I mean that's fundamental for the whole of teaching of of science and all other areas when you're a primary teacher. You want to be able to relate it to children's own experiences otherwise - you know the understanding might not - be the same really. I just think it's it's very important. I'm not saying that we wouldn't use new things that they haven't come across and that, that's nice as well but I think you've got to have both.
