SB: I think sometimes we're so busy we just get on with you know our jobs and we don't really think about - what we're doing. but Techniquest is a great place for discussion and - it's a really nice place to work. It's the best place I've ever worked. I love working here. Everyone - has an opportunity to put their ideas forward, you know, to Christopher. His door is always open and I like that. I really do. I haven't worked as a helper. I don't know what that would be like. I think it must be ºreally hard workº ((laughs)) They do the most important job. By them being friendly and helpful - that's more important than anything else, I would say about Techniquest. I had some lovely comments from teachers last week. "Isn't everyone here friendly, they're so helpful, in the café and in the shop", you know, "How do you find these lovely people?" That's one of the comments I had when I was manager on duty. "How do you find your staff?" and I was thinking "I don't know!" ((laughs)) Nothing to do with me! That, that's what I like about it really. Not too formal I don't think. I think more - a bit creative.
