BS: How long have you been working on It's Electric?
DS: We tend to start - we plan the themes like we have a list of the themes for the next 3 years. So generally we, we know the themes coming up. Which is kind of helpful because it means that even the theme for next year, even though it's in a year, cause I know what it's going to be if I see stuff that's related then I, take an interest in it. But we don't really start - proper work, there might be some research done say, so people might write down exhibits - that they think. But generally work doesn't start until after the, the summer theme. So we haven't started next year's Summer theme until we've finished this year's summer theme. So probably in September we'll start having meetings. Although it won't be that frequent but then it'll get more frequent. ( ) we were trying to meet every week, really just to have feedback and that until the summer. So it's roughly a year in advance. But it kind of - what's the word?
