He is stressing play and toys as a wow/hype factor here I think.

Inside, what we've got is a 150 things for you to play with. They're really
like giant toys. We call them exhibits but they're like giant toys. Lots of
things for you to touch and to play with.

Charles continues his briefing. Charles tells the children to keep an ear open for the tannoy. Boy can be heard crying, and Deri looks back towards the camera. Charles tells children the rules. Deri whispers that Cal needs the toilet.
Deri says that Cal needs the toilet "really bad." Group leader comes to fetch Cal. Charles says to Cal that he should have said he wanted toilet. Charles is explaining what to do with the blue bins. Charles says that the most important thing is to have fun.
