1. There is a new poster depicting all of the helpers on the wall. The poster has been produced by Jean H, I make a mental note to ask her for a copy.

2. The briefing starts slowly. It is very informal - held in the staff room.

Claire comes to the start of the meeting and makes an announcement about "Pushes and Pulls" and other themes for the week ahead. She puts a pile of trail cards on the table.
