The exhibit hall is peaceful and still before the visitors arrives. Those exhibits with screens blink occasionally, and there is the background sound of bubbling water from the water area. There is a solitary TQ helper (in green t-shirt) . .. more, overview

Arrive at Techniquest at 10:00 am. The exhibit hall is quiet apart from one helper who is testing the exhibits. I walk around the space to get my Barings, identifying the exhibits that are on the push and pulls trail. I first decide to visit each individual exhibit (five in all) to get an impression of them before the visitors arrive. ... more, overview

Bambo and I arrive at Llanfairfach at about 9:15 and meet Holly (Miss Richards) again. She is in the Year 1 class preparing her follow-up work post TQ visit. She's looking a little stressed but invites us in and tells us that the class are in assembly which is taking place in the Year 2 class... more, overview
