BS: Is there any kind of fixed system for sharing knowledge?
DB: Some things. Because I do the health and safety I know where to go for health and safety stuff. For other things people tend to, put it above their desks. And I knew if I wanted to find something about marketing I'd know where to go- I'd know who to go and ask for it. I wouldn't actually know where to put my hands on it. They are trying to develop some databases so, there's shared systems on those like there's a shared one for education. And some people use it and put things on it so - some of the health and safety stuff is - there's a general form on there that everybody can access. But I couldn't say that I could just go and lay my hand on anything, but, generally, I'd know who to ask or where to go to get the stuff even if it's not all in the sort of central library or whatever.
