BS: Do you just give them more of a conceptual idea of what the exhibit's about?
DS: Sometimes. Perhaps not as much as they'd like. but then again - they don't like, it's difficult with them. ((laughs)) Sometimes they just like to know what they're doing so they just like you to have done all the thinking and they'll get on and do it. but - I think it's important sometimes also that also they - do have ownership of some projects. It's like Harold's been doing that water exhibit and he's basically you know, been doing all the thinking on that one rather than Darren or myself. And Richard as well. He often will do things - like education will come and say "we need this" and he'll just do it right from the kind of - thinking about, how to make it and what it should be made from and he'll just go and do it.
