BD So the role of the helpers is quite important in that sense

HW Absolutely crucial. I mean we call - we've talked about interactive exhibits, in this interview but actually the only things that really interact with people, probably, are other people. Yeah, we may have exhibits with a few degrees of freedom in them but the only thing that is truly adaptable and works with you, are - is another human being. It's very key to what we do, having the helpers. Having them know the value that we put on their role, and, knowing, you know, they make or break the. I used to say, I'd have, little cards for the helpers with things like "Nobody knows who the hell Christopher Jameson is." And then you'd turn it over and it says well to the man in the street or the person who visits Techniquest the most important person to them is that nice young man in the red jumper, in the green jumper who told them where the toilets were. They don't care who the director of Techniquest is, how exalted he may be or whatever, and that could apply to any of us besides Christopher. Now there are things like "teaching is impossible. You cannot teach people anything but you can give them an environment in which they can then learn, something." I used to like playing with things like that.
