BD So are you saying there that these helpers were able to instil a kind of female element

HW The helpers are there as - the helpers are there to help. There also there as a sort of role-model. You know, here's a person - doing - something overtly scientific and that person, you know, they're generally older than the person that's thinking about them, but, there's nothing inaccessible about them. What I, have never wanted to have in Techniquest is to have a different, group of people who do the demonstrations in the Science Theatre you know, we use the scientist we pull him out of the cupboard wind him up he does his bit we put him back in there and, you know. In Techniquest phase 2 it was even better because the helpers not only did the shows and took the money at the front door and served in the shop, they also served at the café. So this person who'd done the science show and shown you, you know, told you what the stars were in the planetarium or whatever might be serving you a cup of tea, later on in your visit. So there was nothing special, different, about these people. They were just people who were interested in things and because they'd had training they could do it and, yeah.
