BS: From your point of view what would be the most important aspect
HW: Look, here's science. It's fun, play with it. I, became an engineer because it was the only way I could get people to buy me bigger toys. And it, and there is an opportunity to do things, that are worthwhile. I, in my previous job I, I built a, a test calibrator for cardiac pacemakers and, you know, Venous infusion pump for Pethadyne, Java all sorts of things like that which are, you know, really can do something that's worthwhile, if you learn to play with this stuff. And, ask any engineer when gets a new piece of equipment, they won't open the manual they'll play with it for a bit, find out what it does. And, you know, teaching young adults to play is part of my mission here.
